Check and service all landlord supplied gas appliances, full pull-apart servicing of all gas heaters in the property including carbon monoxide spill test and negative air pressure testing (this means additional gas heater servicing is not required unless specified by the manufacturer), pressure test of the property gas line including any LPG cylinders and associated gas components, as well as checking that gas isolation valves are installed when required. Report and quote all non-compliant findings.

Electrical Safety Checks and smoke alarm $249 inc gst per property

 

Check and service all landlord-supplied electrical appliances, light switches and powerpoints, RCDs (safety switches), all wiring, metre/switchboards, sub-boards, and earthing systems of the property. Report and quote all non-compliant findings.

Correct placement, location, and number of smoke alarms. Ensure all smoke alarms are not past expiry date (10 years of manufacture). Smoke alarms tested as per manufacturers instructions including battery replacement every 12 months. Compliance, certificate and audit report showing in detail work done, including photos of smoke alarms.

This is an extensive service in which all checks that are covered in simple service are carried out. Additionally, a special pressure washer performs a thorough deep clean to eliminate dirt and mould from the indoor unit. This service helps remove allergens and mould spores from indoor environments, which thus improves indoor air quality. 

Electrical Installation for $249 for first 2 points additional points for $99 inc gst each.

In this service we provide a first visit in which we can give you 2 PowerPoint or 1 PowerPoint and 1 light or 2 new light points within a house at $250 inc. GST, and then every additional point, whether lighting or power of 10 amps, is installed at $99 inc. GST. This way, you know how much it will cost to finish your projects on time and within budget.
